c. Rebate Check: End user should allow 8-10 weeks following receipt of properly
completed rebate submission for check. Rebate check will not be delivered to
PO Boxes. If rebate check is not cashed within 90 days of issuance, it will be
void, and end user will not be entitled to receive a replacement rebate
check. Rebate checks will be issued in the name of the business or person
purchasing the eligible product which, if applicable, must match the
accompanying invoice/evidence. Offer is not transferable.
E-Coupon, Acid Music Studio and Rebate Check:
Sony reserves the right to request additional information to validate a claim,
making it subject to U.S. postal regulations. Offers are void where prohibited,
taxed or restricted by law. Sony is not responsible for claims or premiums
lost, damaged, or delayed in transit unless Sony has been negligent.
Submitted materials become Sony property and will not be returned.
Products for which rebate is claimed may not be returned (limited warranty
claims excluded). Offer valid only in the United States, Alaska and Hawaii,
excluding territories. Offer not valid on refurbished, open-box, returned
products, or demonstration products with the exception of PDW-F350.b, PDWF30.

E-Coupon Redemption
1. To redeem eCoupon end user must visit www.sonystyle.com/edurebate
select and Add to Cart eligible Professional product(s). End user will be
prompted at Step 2 of the Checkout process to add the unique eCoupon
code for up to the face value of the eCoupon off eligible purchases. All
and only models eligible for purchase with the eCoupon can be found at
www.sonystyle.com/edurebate
2. End user will be required to provide an additional payment method for
eligible orders exceeding the face value of the eCoupon and for tax and
shipping.
3. SonyStyle eCoupon can be redeemed only on SonyStyle.com and only for
eligible Professional models offered on SonyStyle.com. Not all
Professional models are offered on SonyStyle.com.
4. SonyStyle.com eCoupon is a one-time use only coupon. No cash value will
be given for any unused portion. The SonyStyle.com eCoupon can be
redeemed for up to the face value of the eCoupon toward the purchase
price of eligible product excluding tax and shipping. SonyStyle.com
eCoupon numbers are unique and non-transferable.
5. SonyStyle.com eCoupon is valid for redemption from October 1, 2009
through July 31, 2010. SonyStyle.com eCoupons presented for redemption
after July 31, 2010 will not be honored.
The eCoupon may only be redeemed at SonyStyle.com for products in the
