This Hi-MD™ portable audio recorder is ideal for journalists and musicians who need to make high-quality stereo audio recordings using cost-effective removable media. The MZ-M200 recorder comes supplied with an ECM-DS70P Stereo Microphone and MDR-EO931Earbud Headphone. The recorder uses affordable Hi-MD™ media with 1 GB storage capacity. Three Hi-MD recording modes are supported including: Linear (PCM) 44.1kHz/16-bit, ATRAC3plus 256kbps (Hi-SP) mode and ATRAC3plus 64bps (Hi-LP) mode. In addition, three conventional MD recording modes are supported including: ATRAC 292kbps (SP), ATRAC3 132kbps (LP2) and ATRAC3 66kbps (LP4). The recorder supports USB 2.0 uploading + downloading with PC (using supplied Sonic Stage software), and USB uploading with MAC (using supplied Hi-MD Music Transfer software), allowing transferring audio recordings to a computer and storing them on the computer in .Wav file format. This Hi-MD™ device can also be used as a USB mass storage device, allowing storing data files on the Hi-MD™ disc along with audio recordings. Hi-MD RECORDING FORMAT

The PCM-D1 portable audio recorder is ideal for capturing live musical and theatrical performances, or for journalists recording in the field. Features include 96 kHz-24 bit recording capability, 4GB internal Flash Memory, removable Memory Stick Pro High-Speed storage (optional) and a built-in USB port compatible with Macintosh® and Windows®/PC operating systems. The PCM-D1 is lightweight, free of all drive mechanisms, equipped with highly sensitive electret condenser microphones, and designed with circuits that process stereo sound with virtually no extraneous noise. The body of this portable recorder is made of pressed titanium that's ten times harder than alumite-treated aluminum. Memory Stick Compatibility

The PCM-D50 is a 96 kHz/24-bit recorder fitted with two-position (X-Y or Wide) stereo microphones, 4 GB of internal flash memory and a Memory Stick Pro-HG Duo™ slot. The D50 is constructed of lightweight metal (aluminum) and it's built rugged to withstand the demands of pro applications, plus it offers long battery life using conventional AA alkaline batteries. The recorder includes a USB high-speed port for simple uploading/downloading its native .WAV format files to/from Windows® PC or Macintosh® computers. Other PCM-D50 features include digital pitch control, dual path digital limiter, low-cut filter, Super Bit Mapping®, A-B repeat and MP3 playback capability.
