The BT-LH2550 with its new 1920 x 1200 (IPS) panel is a revolutionary enhancement in the performance
of high-quality production HD LCD monitors. There’s a growing need in the marketplace for a wide-color,
highly accurate monitor and the BT-LH2550 fills that need at an attractive price. Our BT series of
production tough monitors is known for its full range of professional level inputs including two HD-SDI ports
and the new BT-LH2550 adds a DVI-D input. We also added a Vectorscope to the on-board WFM making
its toolset even more capable and making the user even more confident. It is 1/3 lighter than the BTLH2600W
it replaces and is VESA mount compatible. You have to experience it to appreciate its highly

Some notes about Color
Up to now, even a $35,000 Reference CRT Monitor could not display 100% of ITU-R BT.709 (HDTV) color
space. The new BT-LH2550 can display a range of colors that actually exceeds the ITU-R BT.709 standard
(130%) but we map it to accurately reproduce 100% of ITU-R BT.709. Previously, post facilities were
forced to use DLP projectors for color grading due to their wide color space capability. Now, they can use
the smaller BT-LH2550 on their console and exhibit the wider color space that is needed for true ITU-R
BT.709 reproduction. We think you’ll find that the BT–LH2550 offers more accurate color reproduction than
previously available in any production monitor at anywhere near its reasonable price!

A Computer is not needed to calibrate
Chrominance & Luminance. A Hardware
Interface is built-in to the BT-LH2550. The
Application Software works with the broadly
accepted Konica Minolta CA-210 Color
Analyzer above.
