JVC Expands Customer Loyalty

Effective immediately, we are expanding the models qualified for cash back to include not
only ProHD, but also our line-up of flat panel DTV monitors. JVC will pay current owners of JVC products
$150 for each new DTV monitor purchased by August 30, 2008.

Exclusive $50 Cash Back Award offer for non JVC owners ONLY from Participating Dealers. End
users who do not qualify for the Loyalty-Royalty program still qualify for a $50 cash back award when
purchasing a DTV monitor from a dealer who participates in this program. This is an exclusive benefit
that you can offer end users when you participate.

Bonus Warranty! JVC will double the manufacturer's warranty of DTV monitors for customers who purchase
them from Gold, Silver or Bronze level dealers. This is an exclusive benefit worth $285-$420,
available only through participating dealers!
Bonus extended 24 month warranty certificates will be issued directly from JVC to the customer
upon payment of either the $150 Loyalty-Royalty claim, or the $50 Cash Back Award claim. Normal
manufacturer's warranty of DTV monitors is 12 months parts & labor. It is therefore very important
that the customer submit the claim form in a timely manner with the required documentation.

"Professional DV" camcorder or VTR you  currently own, JVC will send the promotional
disbursement directly upon the purchase of a new ProHD BR-HD50U studio deck, GY-HD250
versatile field/studio camera or the new GY-HD200UB 720p/1080i dual output camcorder. This is not a
trade-in or product retirement offer; With “Loyalty Royalty”, JVC owners retain and continue using their
currently-owned JVC products. With “Loyalty Royalty”, JVC product ownership earns you special equity
appreciation towards a ProHD upgrade. Complete details and terms, including eligible

Proof of current ownership is verified by:
• A photograph of the product’s serial plate with legible serial number.
• The electronic or postal notification directly from JVC on the Loyalty Royalty promotion. End users
will be receiving a notification with a Loyalty Royalty eligibility code. The eligibility code is provided
based on product registration at time of original purchase, according to JVC records.
• JVC district sales managers will be provided with a list to verify model(s) and registration(s) of
each previous customer purchase.
New ProHD purchases are verified by the submission of a copy of a sales invoice from an authorized
JVC reseller sold and dated during the Loyalty Royalty Program period, accompanied by the product
serial number and UPC code cut from the purchased ProHD product carton.

To qualify for this program, you must provide proof of ownership of a qualifying JVC D9, Professional DV, Professional S or ProHD
product, and purchase a JVC BR-HD50U, GY-HD200UB, GY-HD200CHUB, GY-HD250U, GY-HD250CHU, new, from an authorized
JVC PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS COMPANY DEALER between June 1, 2008 and August 30, 2008.
To receive your promotional disbursement, fill out this form completely and send it, along with proof of new purchase and proof of
existing ownership as described below to JVC PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS COMPANY, 1700 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ 07470.
Proof of new purchase: must include a dated copy of your invoice from your dealer, and the original bar code serial number cut
from the eligible product’s carton box.
Proof of existing ownership: You must provide a valid Loyalty Royalty eligibility code in the space below -or- provide a photograph
of your existing model’s serial number plate with legible serial and model numbers.
This promotion is valid only within the U.S. or Puerto Rico and where permitted by law. The completed claim form must be received
by JVC no later than September 15, 2008. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing of the claim from the time it has been received by
JVC Professional Products Company. JVC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the product purchase and ownership and
