 This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 4 years. The professional video equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair to operate properly. In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or services it must be delivered postpaid with the warranty #, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, N.J. 07081 with a check for $20.00 for shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (cost for overseas shipping to be determined). Any questions call (973) 467-2291 or TOLL FREE 800-252-MACK (Outside N.J.) for a U.P.S. Call Tag to be issued or for a Mack authorized service center near you (at the discretion of Mack Camera). Please note an authorization number is required from Mack Camera prior to bringing your equipment to a service center. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you this includes warranted parts and labor and head replacement when necessary). Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover equipment, which is misused, tampered with modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, sand, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. LCD's covered for manufacturer defects. Accessories not covered: cable boxes, connectors, interchangeable lenses, decorative parts, A/C adapters, cables, handles, carry straps, knobs, buttons, remote, routine maintenance, rusting, corrosion, or batteries. This limited warranty is transferable for a $20.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer. One head cleaning a year at Mack Camera.

This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover loss of tapes or other expenses or consequential damages.
