Mack 1070 2 Year Video Professional Warranty (4 Year Warranty also Available) This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 2 (two) years. The professional video equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly, at no charge to you (this includes all parts and labor and head replacement when necessary). Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact, lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories not covered: cable boxes, connectors, interchangeable lenses, decorative parts, A/C adapters, cables, handles, carry straps, knobs, buttons, remote, rusting, corrosion or batteries. This limited warranty is transferable on listed equipment for a $20.00 fee. In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service, it must be delivered post paid with warranty #, the owner's name and address, dated sales invoice and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, N.J. 07081 along with a check for $20.00 to cover shipping and handling in the Continental U.S. (cost for overseas shipping to be determined). Call 973-467-2291 or 800-252-MACK (outside of N.J.) for a UPS Call Tag to be issued or for a Mack authorized Service Center near you (at the discretion of Mack Camera). Service Center must have written authorization from Mack Camera before any repairs are completed. MACK 1086 (3 Year Extended Warranty) Limited Service Contract of Repair (Up To $10,000.00 Cost) The pro lens registered is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30 business days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer’s defects). Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this contract to another person for a $20.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealers or service contract holders. This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover lens caps, rear caps, filters and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages. Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit cannot be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion. This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contract is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at time of service.
