36 month SupportNET DepotPLUS Service Agreement for PDWF330L XDCAM HD Camcorder. Agreement provides depot level support with repair services performed at a Sony Authorized Service Location during regular Sony business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:00p).  Included are the following: priority depot service; remedial maintenance including all parts, labor and return shipping costs; Sony Core Exchange (formerly FRB) priority module exchange; software support; toll-free telephone technical support provided Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p (except Sony holidays).

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must contact MACK to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges.

Depending on the type of equipment or service needed you may be able to use one of Mack’s authorized service centers near you.   Please note that a control number must be obtained from Mack Camera prior to obtaining service from an authorized service center.

The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer’s defects.)  Such service, repair or adjustment of this equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit, impact and physically broken parts.  You may transfer ownership of this service contract to another person for a $20.00 administrative fee.  Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms or are fraudulently altered by the dealer or service contract holder. This service contract permits one head cleaning a year at Mack Camera & Video Service Inc.

This service contract does not cover damaged LCD screens, cables, tapes, DVD’s, batteries, AC adapters, remotes, software, connectors, interchangeable lenses, or any additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.

Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit can not be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion.

This service contract only applies to the product(s) specified herein.

This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty.  This service contract is only valid if positive identification is presented at the time of service. 

A separate service contract is available for interchangeable lenses.

MACK 1086  (3 Year Extended Warranty) Limited Service Contract of Repair (Professional lenses Up To $10,000.00 Cost)
The pro lens registered is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty (30 business days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased.

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges.

Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.
