7/9/08 Panasonic has extended this rebate 

End User Rebate
End Users purchasing the BT-LH2600W HD LCD production monitor
between April 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008 will be eligible for an End User Rebate of $500 for each BT-LH2600W they purchase during the term of the program.

ABOUT THE WARRANTY:
To demonstrate confidence in these Production Tough monitors, Panasonic will, upon
customer registration, extend its normal one-year warranty for an additional two years to
customers purchasing the BT-LH1700W and BT-LH2600W production LCD monitors between
April 1, and June 30, 2008.

How To Claim Your Rebate:
1. To receive your $500 rebate, purchase a Panasonic BT-LH2600W.
2. Return this completed form, including the UPC code / serial number label from the carton, along with a copy of your invoice with
the purchase price circled. IMPORTANT: You must cut out and include the original label from the carton, which includes the
UPC code, model number and serial number, or your claim cannot be processed.
3. Offer valid for purchases made from April 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008. All claims must be postmarked before July 15, 2008.
4. This offer is only available to the end user and original purchaser. No claims from re-sellers, dealers/distributors, system integrators,
their employees or warehouse facilities, groups, clubs or organizations will be accepted or acknowledged.
5. Product must be new and un-used. No B-Stock Product allowed. Must be authorized US Product.
6. Offer void where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Offer good only in the 50 United States.
7. Panasonic Corporation of North America is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail.
8. Fraudulent submissions could result in Federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Sections 1341 and 1342).
9. Rebate checks are ordinarily delivered within 4-6 weeks. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and can not
be reissued.
10. Panasonic reserves the right to audit any claim and to nullify any claim that cannot be substantiated. Panasonic reserves the right to
amend the rules after the program or cancel this promotion without prior notice.
