Mechanics of the Rebate
“This rebate program will run through September 30, 2008. All claims need to post-marked by
October 31st, 2008.” Rebates need to be claimed within 60 days of purchase.

To Claim Your $250 Introductory Rebate:
1. To receive your $250 rebate, the Magic Bullet Looks Plus software and the Barry Green DVX-Book, purchase a Panasonic
AG-DVX100B between March 15, 2008 and September 30, 2008 and return this completed form, including the serial number
label, along with a copy of you dealer’s invoice with the purchase price circled. IMPORTANT: You must cut out and include
the original label from the carton, which includes the UPC code, model number and serial number, or your claim cannot be
processed.
2. Offer valid for purchases made between March 15, 2008 and September 30, 2008. Claims must be made within 60 days of
purchase.
3. This offer is only available to the end user and original purchaser. No claims from re-sellers, dealers/distributors, their employees
or warehouse facilities, groups, clubs or organizations will be accepted or acknowledged.
4. Product must be new and un-used. No B-Stock Product allowed. Must be authorized US Product.
5. Offer void where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Offer good only in the 50 United States, purchaser must live in the US.
